Off-market is a complement to public campaigns, not a replacement. Many members run the exclusivity window first and go to a portal afterwards with real price feedback in hand.
What is the exclusivity window?
The period a listing stays off-market before the agent may take it public. The listing agent sets it between 14 and 30 days. Members see the remaining window on every card.
Do buyers ever see this?
No. There is no public-facing search. Buyers are represented by their agent, who requests the introduction. Vendors never receive cold contact.
How does the 1% work?
When a property listed on the platform sells to a buyer introduced through it, 1% of the sale price is invoiced to the listing agent at settlement. Nothing is owed if the property does not sell or sells through another channel.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account. Your listings are withdrawn at the end of the billing period. Founding rates are lost on cancellation.
